Complaints Channel

This channel is a safe and effective way to report a complaint to TrustSis, contributing to the prevention of irregular and unlawful acts.

The Complaints Channel must be used by Employees, Suppliers, Third Parties, Customers, Suppliers and other publics who have a relationship with TrustSis to report any case of fraud, corruption, money laundering, misuse of the brand,  ethical and conduct deviations between other criminal practices, and allows the anonymity of the whistleblower. In addition to having the identity preserved, as well as the entire conduct of the case being treated with confidentiality, TrustSis does not admit that the complainant in good faith suffer any type of retaliation.
